Aloe vera cream worked for me, i was sunburnt a couple of weeks back and that took the burn out of it and helped to turn it to a nice bronze colour, but it didnt do this without peeling! We all have different skin we should look after it, i got caught out but will know next time!! SO dependant on what type of skin you have it may be heal over quicker, but i cant say for certain. Try the Aloe vera cream and see if it helps, its soothing and smells really nice, it helps to supple up the skin so may give back some nutrients the damaged screen area, but as you say it was pretty bad burn, it may take a little longer to recover.
