She says she not in contact with her ex bf but I no she is cuz I seen her with him, when I askd why she was with him she denyd it, she cheated on me with him in the past btw. She neva has time 4 me and always makes excuses nt to have a kiss or cuddle, its like I dnt exsist any mre. We have sex sumtimes wen she in the mood and she lies about stupid little things it annoys me.I really love her to bits and wana spend rest of my life with her but I need advise on how to handle this please help

Her ex bf came to visit today and said he had oral in his car with my girl.Noow my girlfriend doesn't even do that with me. Should I belive him? She never used to have a password on her phone, not until couple weeks ago when I noticed a text message on the screen saying, don't forget to be at a certain place at a certain time, she went mad, so she went to meet this person, so I followd, I know I should not have, but I love her so much I don't want to lose her, she got into a car and drove of, I didn't reconise the car. m at a lost end and don't know what to do. HELP
