Question - (12 April 2011) 4 Answers - (Newest, 18 April 2011)
A male United Kingdom age 26-29, *-bag writes:

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend (A) for about 2 months now. He asked me out when I didn't even know him, but I said yes. Before that however, I was sort of semi-dating my other friend (B), getting to know him etc. We are now really close friends, but in a recent conversation he admitted that he fancied me. I essentially said 'that's nice dear' and left it at that.

He then however asked me questions like 'If you were single and I asked you out, would you say yes?' and so on and so forth. I replied yes, but only if I didn't like someone else. Later in the conversation I slipped that I actually liked one of my other friends (C) a tiny bit. The issue with this is that this friend also likes me a bit. If my current relationship with A were to end, I would probably ask out C, but I wouldn't want to disappoint B, as I have already lead him on once.

Also there is someone 2 years older who fancies me.

As the others, the older one could be a contender if you like him too, but you've got to wait until you've made your mind up about all the others.

Thank you sunandstars, that was very helpful. But what is your opinion on the older one?

I think you just need to sit down and get your head straight, think about the qualities each of these people have and the strength of the relationship: closeness, trust etc, maybe write down the pro's and cons of each person. Decide which one is best for you then play on it, try and flirt a little, 'get in there' as they say and see if it feels like it's working and it's right, and there's your answer, that's the one. In my opinion the only way to resolve any problem involving lots of people is to think about who's best. I hope I've helped :)
