Self hypnosis as well as Bill Harris clips and the Monroe Institute training has been ineffective in achieving this.. Reply to this Question Share |

Numerous outside influences are involved in negative framing for me, although it didn't bother me for several years because I see things a bit differently than family and friends - after years the 'negative behavior patterns' seem to have penetrated me during what feels like times of a broken spirit. Brainwashing in this instance evolves around mantras that were required / steps and rules to follow and live by that specifically states the Teacher is always right and you always do what he says...

I've taken martial arts classes but I've never heard of being brainwashed or under the teacher... nothing weird at all happened to me... which one were you studying?
I would leave, find another instructor who doesn't brainwash you.

If nothing works, leave him or go to someplace where he cannot meet you and his influence will wane.
