writes: I am 22 and and been having sex with the same girl for more than 3 years. At first, my main problem was that I would cum within minutes of having sex. There was always foreplay. We always started having sex when I was fully erected as well. I still have this problem sometimes, but what's worse is that I lose my erection just as fast now. We've been together for over 4 years and I love her but I am not pleasing her the way I should be. I can say that I have been able to have sex without cuming really early or losing my erection about only a couple times. I have read that stress has a lot to do with it but there have been many instances where I was stress-free, yet I still have issues keeping an erection. It will last for a solid minute or so, then it'll loosen. Now, I must say this: When I was younger, before I even knew what masturbating was, I would (almost every night) put pressure on my penis with my hands as I fell asleep. It would feel good, but I didn't do it for sexual reasons since I was a kid and wasn't thinking that way. And then as I grew, I noticed that as I did this, it would end with me cuming, so it was even more pleasurable. The way I would do this is by putting the side of my right hand (more like the side of my thumb) onto the left side of the shaft of my penis, then my left hand on top of my right hand for my pressure, and would then rub. This was never done while erected. It would usually be for about a minute. I am really scared that I damaged my penis when doing this as a kid. If I only knew that it would hurt my future sex life, I would not have done it. Any suggestions???I don't know anyone else who has done this is their life....anyone here?I just registered with this site, so I am new to all this (sharing my sexual issues with others) so please bare with me.

There are several definitions but most frequently ED is referred to as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to complete intercourse. Also called sexual dysfunction, erectile dysfunction (ED) is known as one of the more common forms of medical conditions that can affect men’s sexual performance. An astonishing fact: estimates show between 15 and 30 million Americans currently suffer from some form of erection problems.
A number of different things can cause these kinds of erection problems, but the most common include excessive stress, recreational or prescription drug use, liver disease (usually form alcoholism), or even from a penile implant that isn’t working properly. Most of the causes are in fact physical rather than psychological to begin with, but some estimates show up to 70% have a psychological component as well – erection problems can be crushing to a man’s self-image. check out my site http://erectionfacts.tk/
