 You did not mention what "huge" represents but remember that a vagina is capable of expanding to deliver 8-pound babies, although with considerable pain and discomfort. A large penis can be accommodated with patience and a good deal of stimulation to wet and lubricate your region, as "brooke5426" suggests. With smaller women (particularly Asian), it is often necessary to stimulate orally for a good while, and then begin insertion very gradually - first just the "head" then very slowly (on the man's part) stroking more deeply. Woman-on-top indeed gives you greater control over the comfort level, and is highly recommended in this kind of situation.

Lots and lots of foreplay, particularly things that turn you on. Perhaps bring him off once first as a second erection is often (but not always) quite as hard, though it will last longer.
As for size, the main concern is length rather than width, so make sure that he takes it slowly and is aware of your concern. Remember that your body was designed to cope with a baby's head which is much wider than he is so you know that you can stretch enough - but just need to take it slowly.
Also be aware that despite all this you might still feel uncomfortable or it just might not work. Everybody is different and some women would have no difficulty and others would.  it really depends. just the same as every man's "bits" are different lengths, so are every womans. it might fit fine, it might not. Make sure you do lots (and i mean like LOTS ) of foreplay and maybe use lube.
I had the same problem once and like you i was so nervous but you'll be fine. To begin with i would try to steer away from positions like doggy cos it will make him go deeper which you might not like til you get used to him. Try going on top first, that way you can control the depth and speed.
