xjz is verified as being by the original poster of the questioni told him in the morning he said he was sorry he didnt know how it was afecting me after work i got laid and he promised more from now onwards if i had known i would have told him way back

Tell him straight that you need more sex. A bit of offence might kick him into gear with any luck. Men aren't great at reading subtle hints. We are great at listening to how it is. Tell him you're in need of more sex.
