Dear cherished readers,

I'm a girl of 20 years and my boyfriend is 23 years of age. I have no problem with my boyfriend and he also has no problem with me but, an issue bothering my mind is that this days, i can look at myself in a mirror and see that I'm really putting on weight and it's making me look shapeless. I started feeling uncomfortable within myself cos wherever i go people say I'm really putting on weight which worries me a lot.

I've tried a lot of ways 2 slim down but i can't see any changes cos i still see myself 2 be the same.I tried taking lime and lemon but it didn't work out 4 me.

Though my boyfriend is not complaining, I'm thinking he will 1day turn 2 start complaining. I love my guy very much cos I've gotten all what I want in a guy in him and don't want 2 loose him cos of my plumpness. Please cherished readers help me to find a solution to my problem.

If you guys are close enough then talk to him about it.

Tell him you feel like you're gaining a few. The move you'll have to make is ask him to come go to the gym with you, it'll motivate you a lot- guaranteed. You don't have to work out together while you're there, he can be lifting as men do while you're handling your exercises (e.g cardio). I think you'll be alright if he goes with you cos it really helps. Also watch your diet more closely. But if he does love you as much as you do him, a few extra won't matter but with that said it is recommended to stay in the shape your partner desires of you. Good luck.
