A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I just recently moved in with my partner, we have been together for two and a half years and I am now pregnant. we have had our ups and downs and been through a lot even him not wanting this baby... anyway I think he is seeing someone behind my back as he said he went to the gym today and to his friends.... then I found a receipt in his wallet for a cafe for somewhere nowhere near where he was supposed to be and at the time he was supposed to be at the gym.... he was also acting funny and asking me where I was going to be today... how do i bring this up without seeming like a psycho? I only found the receipt as it fell out his wallet when I was putting money in there.....

Finding a receipt and him "acting funny" while asking you where you were going today isn't really justification that he's cheating.

Maybe you could give us more details of what was on the receipt? If he just stopped in to grab a coffee or juice, he probably didn't take someone on a date. If it's for two full meals and drinks, perhaps. But remember, he was also supposed to hang out with his friends. Maybe one of them went with him?

Definitely keep your eyes peeled for more clues, but you don't necessarily have to be hunting for them and acting paranoid. Affairs are rarely kept under wraps forever, and he'll eventually let some things slip on accident.
