Straight to the doctor. Seriously, don't mess around with this. Headaches during sex require medical assessment to make sure you don't have some underlying condition.
I had the same thing happen and when I called the doctor to set up an appointment, they were very insistent that I come in sooner rather than later. I had a CAT scan. I'm fine. Now YOU GO!

This is most likely because of the blood rushing to your genitals reduces your blood pressure. This isn't uncommon.
Although if it gets any worse, go see your GP, he will have the answer.
