If he says that he gets a rash then he MIGHT be allergic to latex. So tell him that he should buy what is called Sheep-skin condoms. Or non-latex condoms. Or you could go and get a female condom and don't tell him you have one on. And then see if he really gets a rash or not.

Don't back down on your rule, it's good that you can see STD's and an unwanted pregnancy is not worth a few moments of sexual pleasure, your boyfriend can try using non latex condoms as he may well be allergic to latex.
If he continues to stand by not wanting to wear one then you need to stand by not wanting to have sex without one, he has given you a reason not to wear one but as everyone else has stated he will no longer have an excuse if you come up with non latex condoms.
Good luck :o)

He might be telling the truth and they may cause a rash, some people are allergic to the latex... Buy some latex free ones and he will have no excuse then. But do stick to your guns on this, if he has enough respect for you he will use the latex free ones, he cant be allergic to all varieties! So get some and get him to try them, if he really cares respects and wants to be with you then he will have no problem in doing this. He obviously feels responsible enough to have sex with you so he should be responsible enough to wear a condom!
Take care x

You're quite right. No condom brings risk of both diseases and pregnancy. Remember STDs are for life....he may not be. He probably just doesnt want to wear a condom. Buy him some non latex ones and try them out. If he doesnt get a rash, what excuse has he got?
