LuvDrunk is verified as being by the original poster of the questionOk so aparently i'm a drama queen. The guy that won't text me back is a total farm kid and went on harvest and forgot his phone. But he texted me when he got home so i feel stupid but relieved!

 guys like when u text them first but if u constandly text first means u may seem just a beat annoying the thing u can do is DONT TEXT HIM FIRST. dont text him at all even if it means a few days or weeks dont text him no guy is ever too shy to not text u first. if he likes u then sooner or later he will text u.. if u keep texting him first he will start getting annoyeed so just chill with the texts i'm 100% sure if he likes u or is interested in u he will text u :)

 He is shy, and may not like texting, period! You could approach him and try talking to him in person or by phone!
If you're not sure if he likes you, and he's a shy guy, you could take the initiative and go to him and tell him you like him. Maybe that'll ease him out of his shell with you.

I just read the book and the movie 'he's just not that into you' and its an AMAZING dating lifesaver. The book is better. but you aren't here to hear what I think about that...
anyhow, its true here. He could be shy and you'd be the exception however that is rare. Assume you're the rule. I think you should STOP texting him and see if he ends up texting you eventually.
I just had this same issue with a guy I'm talking to and gone on a few dates with, it took two days for him to realized I stopped texting him but he did notice and text me, that way he will know that he has to do some work for your attention too. :) go get him girl :)
