He won't talk to me unless we are sitting next to one another

I have an enormous crush on the boy who I sit next to in a class. We change seats every 6 weeks. I sat next to him and we used to talk to each other and tease and flirt. Today we changed seats and are no longer sitting at the same table. I know form prior experience that he won't talk to me for some reason unless I sit next to him in that class. How do I get him to talk to me even if we do not sit next to each other. The school year is ending in about 3 weeks ad I am running out of time.
