what a let down he cant keep his mouth shut, you had better talk to him and tell him you are not happy that he has told people you private affairs, to other people,if he continues to do this then you need to dump him, he is too immature have a relationship with you.

 Your sex life has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the world. You are quite right! Tell him that the things you share has meaning to you, and that you would like to keep it between you. Tell him that how it makes you feel when he tells somebody else about it. If he doesn't want to listen to reason, tell him that you are not a Trophe - and he doesn't get to brag about your sex life, and dump him. You are better than that.
