A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm in an awkward situation at the moment.

I started going out with the guy, it didn't work out. I've known him years (from school) but weren't all that close, and then i agreed to go out with him but realised that he wasnt my type and he told me he was already involved with someone.

We've spoke since over the internet and have stayed friends, however he's started texting me (alot) asking what i'm up to etc, and he even asked me to go out with him tonight but i told him i couldn't and now i think he wants me to go out with him tomorrow night but i don't know whether i should or not.

He's a nice guy, we're friends, but i get the feeling he's after getting back with me again since it was me who finished with him. I do still like him and i'm craving for a boyfriend right now but he was too fast for me back then, and i know he won't change his ways and take things slow with me.

So what do i do?

kissxmexagainx agony auntI think you should stay away from him. young guys rarely change how they behave in relationships. Don't go out with him or lead him on. If you want a relationship, you should look somewhere else because if he's too fast then that means he's not respecting you && I'm sure you're a lovely girl who deserves respect.
