He was sort of puting his penis into me but he still had his underwear on. If we didnt use any contreception is there still a chance I could be pregnant despite his actual penis not really touching me cause he had his underwear on? Please help! I need to know.

My advice is that you go and seek medical advice. In future please protect yourself with contraception. The most effective means of this is the combination of a condom and the pill. At all costs don't fall pregnant. If you do fall pregnant remember abortion is OK and it is a very viable option. Don't let anyone tell you that its not. Abortion is much better than an unwanted pregnancy which could ruin your life and your childs.

If his penis is anywhere near you vagina, the little swimmers will do just that and can live inside of you for three days or so waiting to fertilize and egg.
You are treading on dangerous territory here....it sounds as if you are about to have sexual intercourse, please talk to your parent about this and have them take you to the doctor for birth control, and an exam and just a general education on the pros and cons of having premarital sex at a young age. If you become sexually active too young, you are at a greater risk on contracting the HP virus that causes cervical cancre. There is a new vaccine out for it, but it is still unproven how effective against preventingn cervical cancer.
Not to mention that you are most likely incapable of financing the care of a child, an unwanted pregnancy could certainly change your life overnight from one of a teenager, to one of a child raising a child.
Please think twice before you go any farther. Getting naked with your boyfriend and not going all the way, does not work, he is going to want to go farther as he is all reved up and ready to go! But then you knew that.
