 Hey honey, don't worry your not pregnant! Kissing is not linked in any way to your period. Youre period can be delayed for a number of reasons. Number one being your periods are not settle into a proper monthly pattern. Another reason can be because youre stressed or worried! Please dont threat about this, If you become too worried about it have a chat with your mum / dad or someone older who your close to like an older sister or even a brother!  Don't worry as you are definitely not pregnant if kissing is all you did. You need to be having sexual intercourse before you get concerned.
All sorts of things can cause a disruption to periods from stress to hormonal imbalances. If you still don't get a period next time it would be due it would be wise to see your GP just to have a check up. However, at your age it is not that unusual for periods to be irregular as you are physiologically still working your way through adolescence.
