writes:well this lad added me annd i ended up arguing with him cos he was really racist ((a didnt no him)) and i blocked him, thn all i get is LOADS of ppl adding me, lyk 50 every minute or summit stupid, he's basically put my addy up on a syt, en loads of ppl have added me.. ppl a dnt no.. who r mostly spanish.. en i cnt do anything on my computer cos lyk every few seconds i get another 3 or 4 ppl adding me.. he sed tht he wud only take my addy dwn if i stripped on cam.. so i changed my addy.. but thn 2day a get an email frm him sayin tht if a dnt do wt he ses thn he'll put my new addy up!! what do i do, im really scared!!  I am a bit confused in how you got another email from him when you changed your email address..just make sure you change your email address again and only give it to those you trust..then he can't keep harrasing you..if he then finds other ways and means of getting to you contact the police ..

Be quiet dear they will catch him maybe he's blackmailed before other girls and you will contribute to help them also think if somebody you know could be abusing your confidence or information you tell them, maybe he is just a friend or een adult you know who has nasty feelings towards you, create a new address do not add anyone and just wait if nobody adds you them bINGO it's a person you know, please always delete the historial when using public pcs or in the house maybe it's your brother of even father's mate...
definitely tell the police is a must just in case but i suppose is sb u know

reader, anonymous, writes (13 October 2006): To imform the police simply dial 999 and say hi i'm __ (whatever age you are) and just say you are being threatened by someone on the internet and tell them the story, they will be willing to help!
Its not stupid to say that cos lots of people phone up about little things and the police ALWAYS help you, thats what they are there for! So please contact the police, you will feel a lot better and a lot safer.
ps if you can, try and tell your mum or dad or someone you can talk to about it xxx Good luck

 Whatever you do, don't do what he wants you to. You can always change addys, but if you give in to his demands, you will lose your self-respect. Not only that, by giving a cam show to him, you expose yourself to much worse abuse by him...you wouldn't want to end up on some porn site, would you? Report his abuse to the server or site.
BTW, whatever system you're using, is there a way to hide yourself/your addy or change settings so you don't get messages from people you don't know? Be sure to check around, and if the service you're using doesn't provide basic protections, leave it for something better.

 Do you know what site he posted your addy on? If you know the answer, you can contact the site and inform them of what has happened. They will remove it and possibly take action against him.
Just dont give in to him, what damage can he actually do other than give an email addy a bad name?
Change your addy and don't give it to anybody, other than close friends.

 Dont reply to the email or nothing. Just get a new address preferably from a different server thingy like if you're on hotmail, switch to gmail or yahoo. They still work on the new windows live messenger

I'm just scared that he'll be able to find out other stuff about me, and how do i report him to the police? I know it sounds stupid, but it's not an emergency so i can't ring 999, or w/e. please help

But I am telling DO NOT STRIP FOR HIM! He is threatning you and if u do strip then honestly, he WILL take pictures of u naked on your webcam, he will then put those on the site aswell!

ps dont go online for a while then it will die down all the ppl that are adding u. Then u can make a new addy and only add a dew of your friend that u can trust! then whoever adds u, delete them STRAIGHT AWAY!
