reader, anonymous, writes (5 December 2007): He obviously likes you a lot. some boys are great on their own but as soon as they are with their mates, they are a different person. Its because they want to look cool infont of their friends, and hate being teased. However, if he takes this too far, it may be time to have a word with him about it.

 I feel that he likes you but he is just being a little immature with the fact that he gets annoyed when you talk to his friend. Seems there is a little jealousy going on here. This is something you have to talk to him about. Tell him that he is taking things thw wrong way that you are talking to his friends as being friendly, not as anything else. Explain to him how you feel and that there is no reason for him to get jealous of the fact you talk to his friend. He's just getting the wrong impression. Its a big misunderstanding.
