I got a text from a guy who used to like me or I'm not sure if he still does. But I like him to and I'm not sure if he knows but he might. It said I love you. I asked if he was being forreal and he said that was my sis sorry. Should I believe him?

Did his sister write it? I don't really think so, but that doesn't mean he was serious. Could be he was seeing how you would react. If he knows you like/liked him maybe he wants test the waters.

NEVER text someone something as IMPORTANT as a "I love you" unless you have already SAID it in person. It's "easy" enough to say ILY in text and not mean it 100%.
