A female age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I don't know if this had happened to you, but there's a guy at work who seems to like me, he looks at me and talks soft to me and whenever we meet at the office he seems to enjoy talking to me.

The other day I needed to delivered some things to a customer ( we work on sales ) so I asked him if he could take me and he not just said yes, but he waited and then picked me up when finished and then took me to lunch when I said I was hungry and it was time to. I don't know, he acts like he enjoys me and he doesn't talk to me like with the rest of the girls, but I also see like he's not into me that much. He rarely calls me and it's only when we meet that he's eyes seem to glow. Do you think he likes me really and what should I do encourage him to make a move. I do like though, not in the beginning but now I kinda do. HELP!

It sounds like he likes you but it could be possible that he does not want to get involved with someone at work. You should be cautious of this. If it does not work out you will be stuck working with each other. I have a simililar problem so I know what you are going through.
