writes:every few weekends my boyfriend will go out clubbing/hang out with his friends and he will text me halfway through the night asking to see me and that he wants to hang with me. he tells me he needs to see his friends but why does he text me asking to see me telling how boring it is??

 Maybe he spends time with his friends that he doesn't enjoy because he feels it's his duty as a friend. Or perhaps they are giving him a hard time. Tell him you're concerned that he's not having fun with them and ask him why, this way you don't sound jealous =]

 I agree with Betty.I learned if you let their leash loosen, Give them their freedom they will come running back to you while they are out. (so to say). It's amazing to be honest. You should be happy for this he wants you, wants to be with you. Just let it happen. You'll end up feeling great about yourself.Mainly, Betty said it all. It is a great thing enjoy it :)

 He misses you! He likes and wants to keep his independance and have fun with his friends. But he must be attached to you and love your company, so he misses you when he goes out and wants to let you know. He may be trying to flatter you by telling you that your company is more fun than his friends. It's not a bad thing, unless he doesn't give you space and wants to spend too much time with you. If this isnt the case, then just take it that he really adores you and enjoys being in your company :)
ps also if he drinks alcohol when he's out, this will bring emotions to the surface, so he will think about you more and feel stringer emotions about things than ususal. Hense why he texts you.
