 I think that he is unsure about your feelings to him.
This is possibly because you are his first girlfriend.
You've been in ups and downs and you've been with him about 3 months already.
Just tell him more frequently that you love him and you wanna be with him.
All those stuff doesn't matter as long as there is no action, only talks.
