This is one of the greatest challenges for long distance couples. If you know he loves you then the first thing you should be able to say, is that if he found someone else you would be the first person he let know (and he would be really upset about it) whether he could ring you or not.
Being able to completely trust someone on the other side of the planet is difficult but it's a really important part of any relationship, irrespective of how often you talk or see each other.
It's possible that this is the point where you have to seriously question the future of your relationship. I must confess that this is only my opinion, but long distance couples really need to know that at some point the relationship won't be long distance...otherwise you're almost definately going to split up one day
