Our has been plagued with conflict..him being dishonest about his past, not sticking up to friends when necessary, etc. I have felt like the past 2 years has been spent with him learning even how to be in a healthy relationship. It has gotten better. He's a good guy... intelligent, funny, hard worker, caring but I dont feel like he has anything to offer me in the way of growth. Meaning I feel like I teach, lead, etc. He says he feels like I'm a step ahead of him on everything. Is it time to go?THANKS MUCH FOR THE ADVICE!! Reply to this Question Share |

Sounds to me like you have a good thing going. Do you really want a guy to lead and take care of you? Would you be content to follow your man?

if you really want this to work give him oppertunitys to go first or to do something. i know that in a way this is still the same but by doing this he could build confedence to do it on his own in future.
hope this helps xc x
