That if you keep letting him perv on you / keep wasting money on gifts for him / keep following him round looking desperate, that he will eventually respect you and want to be with you?????
It doesn't work like that.
The more you lay down and let him wipe his feet all over you, the less he will want you.
Leave him alone and if he likes you then he'll come after you. If not then it may just be in your mind that he likes you. Staring at your boobs means nothing.

 You buy him gifts when he treats you like crap?I think you have to take a look at yourself here, you are obviously chasing this guy a lot and he knows it. Why don't you play hard to get for a while? If he likes you he'll do the chasing.
