This is a very, very common issue with guys in that age bracket.Kissing someone and investing the time, effort and emotion that a relationship requires are worlds apart. You can't change his outlook. A quote I always try and remember when dealing with relationships is 'Never allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option'.The logical thing to do would be walk away, but I guess we can't always approach the situation logically, so good luck with whatever option you choose.

Well it's fine for HIM, when he gets kisses but not give anything back in return
Not so good for you. This guy is being selfish although he may not even know it.
Tell him that you do believe in love and that you pity him and are gong to leave him alone since that must be what he wants.
Once you are gone he might actually realise that he does have feelings and doesn't want to lose you.
If he comes after you then great, if he doesn't then he wasn't worth it anyway.
Good Luck!! xx
