My boyfriend of one and a half are not together anymore but he told me that he can't say this is really the end but for now it is that he needs a couple of days for only him and if I wanted I could wait and of course I said I will. what should I do? Should I text him or anything?

If he just needs a couple of days, let him have them. Does he realize the definition of a couple of days is just two?

I would expect its not like you will get a new boyfriend overnight or one week later. If you find a new boyfriend, you've probably waited too long- so just let him know that.
