Never ever show up at someone's house unannounced. That is extremely rude.
He would love to have you over but it should go without saying that a heads up or an invitation is required.

He just means he would love to have you over and that you should feel welcome. Always ask before showing up to someone's home. It's incredibly rude and presumptuous to show up without considering his schedule or plans. But you should definitely ask if he'd like to hang out soon!!!
