I liked this guy not long ago and i finally told him, i couldnt believe how rude he was with the response " im flat out" its not like i said i wanna be with you. I just said you might know this already or you might not but im gonna tell u I like you. He did seem suprised and apprentaly no one has told him that before and hes had a few gfs all of which sounds weird to me. Will Its obvious he doesnt want to be with me because hes " flat out" im assuming that means hes taken or something.. Why do guys led girls on he was like so cool and know hes no longer in my life.

Well if he wants to be rude then don't bother with him, wait for someone who thinks himself lucky you like him, and shows it.

Well if someone says they like you then it would be rather odd to just say "ok, thanks for letting me know!" He's going to have thought you wanted a relationship.

And "flat out" means very busy, rushed off your feet. To go flat out is like travelling with your foot flat on the floor, you are already at maximum speed.

Give him a bit of time. If he is surprised by this then he'll need time to take it in.

I would be very surprised if he didn't come and talk to you about this again.

Good Luck!! xx
