Then he turned his head and he put his lips on mine so I started gently kissing him, but it was a little strange because he didn't move his lips. After I was wondering if he had wanted me to kiss him since he didn't move his lips, they were just parted open a little bit, but he was the one that put his lips on mine in the first place. So I guess my question is, why didn't he move his lips and kiss me back? Or is that like supposed to be a kind of kiss or something? Or am I thinking too much about nothing?...

Well, yeah, you are thinking too much about nothing! Seriously, I don't know why he did it. He is the only one who can tell you and if this is bothering you so much, ask him.
