Why are you so attracted to him if you find him cold? Or is it solely based on his physical appearance as to why you are deeply attracted to him? Or maybe you are attracted to his coldness?
But either way, do you really want to be in a relationship where you're doing all the giving, but he's not giving anything back to you?
Relationships are all about balance, and to me this sounds like it would be a very unbalanced relationship in his favour...which would make things very miserable for you.
I think that you should find someone who shares the same amount of attraction -- emotionally and physically -- for you as you do for them.
The sooner you find someone who does is the sooner you will be a happier person.
