I am so tired of him dragging my heart around like it's his to do what he wants to with. I'm thinking I should probably change my phone number. Right?

I had an issue like this, oddly enough, through email, as well. Eventually i cancelled my account because of it, and to be honest it was the best thing i ever did.
The load off of my shoulders was tremendous, and i was able to properly move on with no worries of a relapse.
