Although you might not feel comfortable, your husband is enjoying himself. So, let's not think about your husband for right now. Instead, focus on why you are comfortable being on top. Is it a body image issue? Or is it genuinely not comfortable? If you're just not comfortable, then you'll have to tell your husband. But practice makes perfect. Try different things when you're on top. Some women like to actually plant their feet instead of being on their knees while on top. You could try the two and see which one fits you best.
If woman on top just doesn't work out for you, then pick a time when you and your husband can explore new positions to find out one that you both like and enjoy equally.
And finally, sometimes it takes men longer to climax in certain positions. Some men even lose their erection in the woman on top position simply due to gravity acting on the blood in the penis. It is not a direct reflection of your performance.
