Well, yesterday I went to meet this guy I had met from a website. I had talked to him for a month or so, and by then I really liked him...But yesterday, when we met, he looked sort of different from his pictures, and I'm confused because I no longer like him for his looks, but for his personality, and I don't know wether I should go out with him or not. I just need advice.

Hi,

I wouldnt say it's a different pic, I meet a guy of the net and agree he looked different, (i mean can you say you look exactly the same on every pic?) and people tend to choose the best one's to go on dating sites. I didnt think I liked this guy for his looks, but like you still did for his personaltiy. But by the next meeting he looked differnt somehow and I realy fancied him again, I saw sides of him that were like what I had seen in the pics and then little things that bugged me at first went away.

So maybe give this guy a chance, just see how it goes, sometimes when you start to fall for someone they do become more attracive in your eyes and by then you already know you have a brilliant guy! - personality wise. But it's up to you, you dont have to proceed unless you want to :)

smeedle agony auntMeeting people from a web site is dangerouse but lots of people seem to be doing it, that said he has obviously sent you a picture of someone else or maybe he was younger than he is now.

You need to bear this in mind but you still seem to like him and as it is the person inside and not on the outside that matters go for it, you get on well and as long as you feel relaxed and ok with him then what is the harm.

Just get to know him and see how things go.
