writes: I supported my boyfriend for 2 years financially and emotionally. He was going through a divorce and he lost his job. He owes me a lot of money. Our relationship was mostly platonic, even though we shared a few tender moments over the years. He took his aggression out on me; both verbally and physically. About 6 months ago he began an emotional affair and got a good job. So a month ago he decides to move on; new apartment, new job, new girl. I'm having a difficult time moving on whereas he is just happily living his life as if nothing ever happened. He wants to be "friends", but every time we see each other it ends with me crying. I don't know how to let go. Any advice?
