 I agree, it sounds like he has a girlfriend that he's cheating on. If he likes you then he would ask you out, right? You're either boyfriend/girlfriend or you're friends. There's no such thing as more than friends, unless you add sex then you're friends with benefits. Get rid of this guy or spend the rest of your time being a secret.
