writes:Hi, I'm 14, but I think I might be in love with this guy. He's in my friends band, so I have to be friends with him. But a couple of weeks ago we kissed, a lot. Then about a week later he got a girlfriend, then he sent me Instant Messages saying that he didn't regret anything and he was glad he was my first kiss etc. Now I don't know what to do. I saw him the other day with his new girlfriend, and shes not the best looking. Not that I'm that shallow, but shes about my height (shes 2 years older than me) and according to some people she's ver dull. I'm more bubbly and apparently am much prettier. I know how all of this makes me sound, but I am so confused. Last friday I was at one of his gigs. We were sat on the same chair and he had asked me to put my hands up his shirt, cause he was cold. And then before he left, he hugged me really hard and kissed my neck. Tell me am I reading more into this??Can someone help me, what should I do. I'm going to his gog at the end on November, can anyone give me any advice. Should I flirt back or not?

We hooked up and I mentioned it to one of my friends when I told him I wouldn't tell anyone, now the whole school knows. I doubt anything will happen now. I'm just going to try and get over him and move on with my life, and if I make him jealous along the way all the better. Thanks for your help though

I think you should ask him how he feels about you. Ask him if he just wants to be friends or something more. If he wants something more ask him about his girlfriend and if he still wants to be with her. If he says yes then I think you should drop him. It would mean he's just a player. But as far as flirting goes, if he does like you more than friends and you like him more than friends, go for it!
