writes:I've been with my boyfriend for a year and have asked him on numerous occassions to get rid of his dirty pictures and letters of ex-girlfriends but everytime I find something he tells me there is nothing else and that I could look for myself. And when I search his room I always find somthing else from his past. I told him that it was either me or the pictures or letters he keeps and when I find them all he tells me is that he didn't know they were there. But he never put the effort to shoot them in the garbage himself. It makes me feel like i'm being walked-over and not being respected.{Mod note to poster: In the future, please clarify your question}

reader, anonymous, writes (25 February 2008): Well, i am not condoning what he has done, but i can understand in a way. When i moved in with my bloke i found pictures and stuff all over the place, some of which was right in eye shot, i just couldnt believe it and it did p me off! He even had a wedding (yes, his wedding and his second ex wife) video right on the shelves right beside the computer that we used every day. He hadnt even noticed it. what i am saying is, blokes can fall over stuff and not even notice it is there. Why dont you ask him to have one big clear out where everything must go, or you will burn the bloody house down!!!! That will steady him. But i know just what you mean, it really can get on your Tits!!!!!
