He is with another but I still love him

A female age 41-50, *eal Eyez writes:

Okay I was with a wonderful man we hit it off so quickly the next week we moved in with each other.My past was pretty violent with men I started not to believe any nice things he would say.I started getting comfortable and hating my job. I gained lots of weight. He moved out a year later cause he said I mentally abused him and yes I had depression all my life.He hooked up with a new girl but still calling me telling me he couldn't stop thinking of me.Another year went by us fooling around at the end he told me he loved her and that we had nothing in common that's one big reason he left me he says.So I finally changed my number so he couldn't call.He called my friend I ignored the call.I told his girlfriend everything I haven't herd from him in 5months, but I'm missing him soo much I get sick and I feel that he still wants me in his life. They will be together for a year in May. Her sister inlaw has told me that she has said he is not her future husband cause he already has kids and she wants a big family he doesn't want anymore.What should I do?Should I tell him that she said this?So we can move on together?
