 You should so tell him how you feel or you could look back and regret not doing it. He may be too shy or something to ask you out so may be very thankful you do it :D

 Hey you are young and should be care free so why don't you just bite the bullet and go and ask him out some where you have been told that he likes you so the chances are pretty good, it's a modern world and there is no harm in you making the first move.
