writes: There's this boy a year and a bit younger than me in year 9 (i'm in year 11). We always sit next to eachother on the bus journey for like 40 minutes and we're friends with the same people on the bus. Lots of people say we suit eachother but he has never told me he fancies me although I fancy him (I haven't told him either but one of his bestfriends know).Some of his friends have said he does though.The problem is when we first met he was going to ask me out but he was getting over his ex. Now 3 months later he hasn't but we still flirt all the time. The problem is he has now told me that he fancies this girl in his year and I don't know what to do.He doesn't fancy me then if he's telling me this, does he?What should I do?I'm really jealous and heartbroken.

 By the sounds of it, he's just another 9th year boy. I would know, I had to deal with them all last year. They like to flirt and it seems that he's really interested in you, but not more than a close friend. I don't know you, but I doubt you'd be interested in the kind of guy who just wants benefit friends. Try talking to him more, look closely into his eyes when you talk and see if you find anything there. Good luck!
