I never trusted him due to some of the things which had happened and this led to endless arguments, until I finished it 3 weeks ago. However, as bad as this may sound, I'm not over him at all and live in fear of him meeting someone else and have been looking at his emails (to see what he's up to). Well he's pretty much said in a text (that was meant to have gone to his friend but came to me by mistake) that he cannot understand why i've dumped him and that he's angry etc. Then when I spoke to him and told him the reasons, he tried to make out that I must have someone else - even though he agreed there's no future to a relationship without trust.Well today I looked at his emails and noticed that he has paid to download Spyware to spy on people's phones. It says that you can read any SMS and listen on phone calls. I'm so scared! He must be using it on me as I caught him driving past my house on Saturday and when he saw me, he sped off.Is there anything i can do about this?

If you have a smartphone, you can already Norton Smartphone Security (http://shop.symantecstore.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&SiteID=symnahho&Locale=en_US&ThemeID=106300&Env=BASE&productID=82368400&ClickID=c4qazwlpwswxa7aqaqfsnswzlipea4wnkn).
However, I think a cheaper and perhaps more effective way of avoiding spyware is simply buying a second phone, NOT giving that phone number to your ex, and go on with your life.
You seem to be spying on him also. How can you read his e-mails?
I would be scared to date someone who goes this far in spying me. It's not just good ol' fashioned checking in the trouser's pockets or checking the wallet. This goes way beyond that.
