 Well the only thing you can do is assure him by your actions. Continuing to be a loving partner and communicating. Trust issues(especially when cheating is involved) can stem from a previous lack of communication. so be very aware of any triggers that he is having problems believing you and tackle them head on.
You can only take care of yourself. BUT:
If he has these issues, I would suggest he see someone, a professional. Contrary to popular belief, you cant change him. He has to take action himself.
