I love him and prefer cuddles and spending time with him than anything else. He has a very high sex drive and wants it all the time, but he never gets me in the mood and theres no fore play its just sex!

I dont kno how or what to do to get me in the mood or how to get back to the way i was. Please help im only 21.

Collaroy agony auntHi there,

I think communication is the key here, you need to let him know that being a mother is a life changing thing and you need some tlc . If he's a real man he should be doing all he can to help you anyway .

It will be hard to regain your sex drive if you dont really enjoy sex with him much in the first place. Talk to him, mention the word "foreplay" does he know what it means? Talk to him say it is important for a woman to have foreplay before sex ( hell its important for a man as well ). Maybe even get an educational sex video.

good luck

A female reader, Mia Rio United Kingdom +, writes (30 May 2008):

This is kind of like a catch22 here, you NEED time for yourself your giving and giving and it's simple things in return like cuddles that makes you feel better but he has needs too. Just now, personally i think you need you time and he should understand that.

Have you tried speaking to him about it? Even if there was foreplay i'm sure that could get you in the mood!

One thing i would try is having a day for you (if thats possible?) take a day just to relax, do simple stuff like take a really long bath. And if you feel in the mood maybe surprise him, try something new and exciting remember hes a guy and if he's got a high sex drive wee stuff would turn him on easy and hopefully in return u if its u thats starting it.

Simple as if he wants sex make him do what u want! But please think of urself for once.
