I'm sure it has nothing to do with being with a transsexual, especially as he says he had problems before anyway!
There could be many reasons why he has this problem, and the first step is for him to consult with his doctor.
In the meantime there are many other ways to enjoy being intimate together, so use your imaginations and be supportive of each other. Making him feel bad about his problem will just make it worse!

Have you ever tried using sex toys? If he has a hard time keeping it hard, then sex toys would be a great option. But you should consult him first before purchasing them. If he's ok with using them, then invite him to use the sex toys on you...trust me, men LOVE that!
