The aunt below is right. More information would let us help you more.
If 'drop' is a sexually tranmitted infection then you should really get checked out just in case. You can do this at a family planning clinic or a GUM clinic. look through your local phone book. It is possibly to buy tests of the internet aswell.
If by 'drop' you mean another type of illness then he couldnt have caught it from you.
It may be a good idea to use condoms in the future.
