writes:ok at the beginning of the year i met this boy online called simon. he lives 2 hours away from me and he is the same age as me. i`ve got loads of pictures of him and we have chatted once on the phone. the first time we talked he asked me out and he told me that he fell in love with me when he saw my picture. it was an on and off relationship and in july he broke up with me cos of something that was his fault and that was it. he always said he was going to ask me out again. when me and him talk on msn now he gets upset when i tell him i have a boyfriend. do you think he still loves me ?

he hit a rough patch earlier on and he came back to find out you have been taken, thats rough
it has happened to a friend of mine, he didnt eat much, he didnt seem to be as active as he was he was messed up
he deeply loves you if he is going to get upset about your girlfriend
not alot of guys get upset like that and if thats the case i think he LOVES YOU

reader, anonymous, writes (29 December 2009): being a guy myself i can tell you this with absolute certainty: guys are jealous and break up or not he always saw you as a possession of sorts. so when another guy comes along he gets territorial. if you're happy right now, focus on that and not on the guy who only wants to keep your around for a "ego-boost". by obsessing over this you are just feeding into his need to feel important.
