at 13, are you honestly ready to start dating? you're very young and sometimes girls your age aren't ready for a relationship or even just dates, this guy is a typical 13 year old boy going through puberty, finding every girl is a turn on and leanring about the opposite sex. maybe it's best to wait a while before showing an interest in guys, they aren't that great and you got the rest of your life to be grown up, you're only a child once.
