 Just realize that if a guy tries to force you to have sex and then doesn't want to see you again, you are better off dating someone else. Walking by his house has nothing to do with his not seeing you, but your willingness to believe he's worth more than he actually is does. Feel you deserve respect and appreciation, and guys like him will be faded memories.
